RECORDING VOICE MESSAGES
& SETTING THE VOLUME

The FLASHCAM-880WF+ recording facility is simple to use. Messages can be up to 14 seconds long, depending on the location and the event you want to deter. It is recommended that customers also placed a warning sign on site, informing people they may be photographed, to assist deterrence.

A general message such as "Stop! This is a restricted area. We have just taken your photograph and will use this photo to prosecute you. Leave now!" or other suitablewords may be used.

When recording your message, we recommend you speak loudly and slowly. You need to make the culprits understand what you are saying. Remember, sound seems louder and travels farther at night. Set the message volume accordingly. You also have a choice for not having a voice message. If this is the case, you just push and release the record button to record silence. However, you must leave the volume control ON so you are able to hear the beep status reports.
